Very nice outdoor business in the middle of the beautiful hiking trails. You can stay very nice here. They sit outside, under the open sky, between two beautiful old farmhouses. There's everything the heart desires. We were there after a hike. A glass of apple must and a trout fresh from the smoke. And the best, the trouts come from the house pond a little under the path. And she was very tasty. The prices are fair. A short walk and you are on the pasture where donkeys and goats stand. With some luck, there are only young animals. Everything to recover in all rustic ambience. Delicious dishes and drinks from the region. Very recommended.

The Doll family has owned the farm on the Hagenberg in Sasbachwalden since 1660.The ostrich industry has existed since 1991 and since then this typical Black Forest specialty has also been available here, although trout had also been bred before that.
